Who handles your information

Broadbent Design Studio LLC handles the personal information you provide to request and arrange an order. Contact [email protected] or write to 47 Princes Pine, Norwalk, CT 06850. Company registration: 20258428806. Use the same contact for privacy questions; you do not need an account to shop.

What we collect and why

The request form collects your name, email, optional phone, delivery address and optional notes, together with the selected products, finishes, quantities, totals and order reference. We use these to review the request, contact you, arrange an accepted order, address delivery issues and handle returns. Please do not send card numbers, bank passwords, identification documents or unrelated sensitive information.

The essential session stores your cart, form-security token, checkout draft and session-bound confirmation. The server also processes normal request and error information needed for security and reliable operation. Order handling is separate from any optional marketing choice; no marketing or analytics service is installed.

Access, sharing and payments

We restrict operational access to people who need to handle the request and technical hosting needed to run this shop. We do not sell personal information or disclose it to advertising networks. If an order is accepted, the minimum address and contact details needed for delivery may be shared with the delivery service actually used; no named carrier or automated tracking integration is promised.

Payment is arranged manually after confirmation. We do not collect payment-card credentials on this website. A payment provider or bank may keep its own records under its own notice when you use it. Do not put bank credentials in the notes field.

How long we keep it

Unaccepted requests are kept for up to 90 days after submission. Operational order details are kept for up to 365 days after submission, unless a return, dispute or legal hold requires the relevant records longer. Server error logs are kept for up to 30 days. Essential session cookies last up to 2 days and a saved cookie preference up to 180 days.

Accounting records are limited to information necessary for the relevant legal obligation. Tax guidance ties recordkeeping to the event and limitation period; it is not a reason to retain every unsuccessful request indefinitely. Where a specific obligation or unresolved claim requires longer retention, access is restricted and deletion is reconsidered when it ends. Deletion of live records is followed by expiry through normal restricted backup rotation, not a promise of immediate removal from every backup.

Your choices and requests

Email [email protected] with the subject Privacy request and enough information to locate your request, such as its reference and the email you used. You may ask to access, correct or delete information, or ask how it was used. We may verify your relationship to the record without requesting unnecessary documents. We aim to respond within 30 calendar days and will explain any applicable exception or additional verification needed.

Privacy rights can depend on your residence and whether a particular law applies to this business; this notice does not claim that every state statute covers every transaction. You may also contact your state attorney general. Connecticut residents can consult the Connecticut Attorney General’s privacy guidance. The US government consumer complaint guide can help locate the appropriate agency.

Cookies and changes

The Cookie Policy describes the actual keys and how to reopen your choice. You can clear browser cookies, but that removes your cart session and confirmation access on this browser. We update this notice when actual processing changes; changes do not silently authorize a new optional service.

Essential session storage is always active for the cart and form security. Optional analytics and marketing services are not installed.

A saved choice lasts up to 180 days. Opening this panel does not record a decision.
