Payment Policy

No payment at submission

The checkout button sends an order request, not a card charge. No payment-card fields, wallet checkout or bank-login form are provided here. A confirmation page acknowledges the request and supplies a real order reference; it does not claim that an email was sent or that a transfer has been received.

Confirmation before transfer

We contact you to review the exact items, finishes, quantities, address and itemized total. If the order is accepted and you agree to proceed, we supply real manual bank-transfer instructions through that contact. No account number or payment destination is published or generated by this checkout.

Do not transfer money to details from an unsolicited message. If instructions look different from those you agreed, verify them using the canonical contact on this website. Never send bank passwords, one-time security codes or card credentials to us.

Currency, delivery and taxes

All prices and agreed payments are in USD. Product and delivery prices include all applicable taxes with no added checkout surcharge. Standard delivery is $8.95, free from $125.00 in goods before delivery. You see the itemized total before sending your request and again before agreeing to the confirmed offer.

We do not claim tax registration based on the company number. A transfer fee charged by your own bank is subject to your agreement with it, not a hidden website checkout fee; ask your bank before making the payment.

Due date and dispatch

After confirmation, the manual transfer is due within 7 calendar days. Include the order reference in the transfer description if the confirmed instructions ask you to. Contact us if you cannot meet that timing so we can discuss whether to keep or cancel the request.

Dispatch begins only after we confirm receipt of the agreed payment. Payment recognition and customer contact are manual, not an automated bank feed or email service. Processing then takes 1–2 business days, plus 3–6 business days transit, for an estimated total of 4–8 business days.

Cancellation and refunds

Email [email protected] with the reference to cancel or amend before dispatch. We confirm what can still be stopped. If money has already been received and a refund is due, it goes back using the original payment method; manual transfer refunds require verified account confirmation.
