Contact

For dimensions, finish selection, an existing request or a return, use the direct details below. Include the object name and finish, or your order reference, so we can find the right record.

Choosing an object

Tell us the clear space you measured. Check the footprint guide first; there is no need to send photographs of people or personal documents. We sell objects, not structural load or installation advice.

Returns, damage and delivery

Use the same email for return notices and issues. Include the reference and affected item; do not use damaged glass or electrical parts. The return instructions explain postage and the exact mailed return destination. The listed address is not a walk-in shop or collection point.

Verify payment instructions

If a message asks for unexpected payment, contact us using these details. Do not share bank passwords, one-time codes or card credentials. Real instructions follow acceptance of the itemized offer, never an unsolicited checkout demand.
